If it's just clicking and the starter isn't engaging I'd say it's more likely to be electrical than fuel or oil. Check all your connections - even the hidden ones if you need to. The wires on the controls etc. are obviously most exposed and could have gotten jumbled, but a good impact can shake up the stator or something else too. Good luck.
