im talking in terms of looks. i dont own a rotary and hope i never do, but i read the review of the rx8 and they (sport compact car i believe) said it handled great in the corners but as far as straight line acceleration, was no match for the rx7 they were chasing. the rx8 is ugly in my opinion. id much rather spend my money on a 3 series bmw or a 350z.
In a road test in Japan (I don't know who done it), the RX8 was ahead of the RX7 (third gen) the entire time. The RX8 pulled away a little in straight aways and held it's own in the turns.
