It ran a high 13 with the bottle, a hackjob CherryBomb Muffler, and a Cone filter slapped onto the stock air tube. (this was my first car and years ago) so yeah it is NOT an acomplishment. anyone with a probe gt and roughly 300-500 bucks can run a 13 depending on how well they can drive the car. just had to add my .02
