to be honest if you are alone and could deal with a few things then
move to SE or NE near RFK stadium. My first apartment in SE was a whole 350 month 1 bedroom with NOTHING!!!!!! The rent was dead or dirt cheap but you gotta factor in all the other things that go on over there. How could i put this in a nice way.................... If you are light weight are come across as a gump then certain people will try to fuck with you.

I now live in silver spring and the rent on a 3bedroom is 1275 month.....Try to look in the paper for a basement apartment to rent with a private entrance. My friend found one in takoma park near montgomery college for 435 a month....
