Default Re: HID's on a bike

i had HID's in my bike a while back. they were AMAZING. i only took them out because i was riding around on my learners at the time (i know i know) and i didnt want to get pulled for them being too bright. i bought some silverstars and i like them alot, but they were nothing like the HID's. i was thinking about putting them back in the bike, but im not sure if i want to do that.

i had to make a special washer because the hid itself isnt as big in dia. as the h4 bulb. i took some metal roofing flashing and cut a circle with it, then took my drill press with a grinding bit and ovaled it out until it fit over a hid bulb. (i used a bad hid, its not the ones that where in the bike. you cannot touch a hid or a h4 bulb with your bare hands).

id sell them if someone is interested in buying them. i posted them for sale when i put the silverstars in, but no one was interested, or they just talked about buying them and nothing ever happened with it.
