so i need to paint my lip kit. the previous owner painted it without primer/etc. so the paint's literally peeling off. i think i need to strip the paint, then prep, prime and paint to match the car.

any good shops in the area? i'm around fairfax/centreville/chantilly area. looking for a good shop that won't overcharge me, cuz i tried 395 autobody down in springfield...they basically pulled "this is gonna cost too much, we suggest you take it back" on me.
