Picture tickets are so easy to beat its great. How does one prove it was even you in the car? Our law system says you have to be proven guilty right? so how would they prove it wasnt a babysitter or thief on a joy ride that ran the light in YOUR car while you were overseas or out of state etc? Sounds cheap, but it is possible.
From what I am told, the owner has to pay the ticket but it doesn't go on your record since they can't prove who the driver was.
