I think your winning has alot to do the neon drivers inexperience with the car than anything. I've driven Jesse's SRT plenty of times and have a hard time adjusting to the car. Race the guy again in a few weeks when he gets used to shifting that beast and he'll probably pull on you a bit. But if you'd just buy an intercooler and tune that damn thing for 7-8 psi it could be interesting

And don't worry about blowing it up,, just an excuse for you to build it bigger and better.
Either way good kill!
Yea I don't see how I could be putting down that much power either thats what I am sayin! I know he can drive it good, I've ridden with him in it before though, he has had it for almost a month or so I'd say.. I asked him last night if he was runnin it hard, and he said he was runnin it all the way to 6k and his shifts were quick so
When its full throttle in 4th gear there isnt much to it and I still pulled, your guess is as good as mine..
But its suprising the difference between different turbo setups can be on the same car.. If I had an FMU, log manifold, small turbo, shitty exhaust then that would have probably changed things.. I have a pretty decently designed manifold(copy off the SFP tubular manifold), a decent sized turbo, better management, and a 2.5" turbo back exhaust with external dump WG..
I've seen d series engines be vary as much as 30+ whp differneces at the same low psi depending on the whole setup
