I don't care who says it but Jason Hunt will not rush a customers car especeially when it comes to tuning! Here is my one ? for you TPJ. If this was all our fault yet your father did not mention one thing to us at the time of tuning and work. How come the ECU seemed to work just fine in Jason's 4door civic. No problems and nothing wrong at all. Wouldn't that lead to you looking at your car and saying "WTF??" Works fine in the 4door yet nothing on ur's. Jason Davis.....You need to call me on my cell boss.
I haven't had one complaint about the ECU. 95% of my problem here is the deal with the distributor, as that is what raised my bill by over 500 dollars, which is insane, especially when I had COMMUNICATED with your techs about putting in a used dizzy, which was OK'd by the person I was on the phone with. I'm sorry my father did not speak up about the rental car, or the food, or anything of that sort. That is the kind of person he is, I can't help that. It still doesn't change the fact I ended up paying for a distributor I specifically said not to put into the car. And even though my father did not say anything about a rental car, I did. In fact, at around 7:30 when I said to your tech just to leave the car and I would bring up a distributor for it next day, he was the one who offered to drive my father to the rental place. I then got a call 15 minutes later saying they had a Cavalier lined up for him to drive home. Then another hour later, I got the call saying the car was tuned and ready to leave the shop. Please don't tell me I miscommunicated. Yes, things could have been handled better on my part, but please, don't try to put the distributor off on me, because that was CLEARLY communicated from my end to your shop. I can't handle the communication between who works there and yourself, Mr. Hunt.
