Manassas is the home of shitbox cars (from my NOVA experience)... I swear they ship them to dealerships there w/ "aftermarket" APC crap right on them (see the dodge dealer on 28 for an example). I love people driving around with their mismatched kits that CLEARLY dont fit, with 4" wheel gap and some 15s!
