You said it was blue, so unless it was an R32 or had an aftermarket paint job, (assuming it was Jazz Blue), then it was a 20th Anniversary.... not many around here. In fact, there is only one other than I know of. This one has 35% tint and a carbon fiber hood that jumps out at you.. aftermarket grille, Oettinger wheels, T-61 turbo.. you know, the basic. lol..

no, when the person got on it to show off to me it did'nt really go anywhere fast... i did'nt get a good look at the front so i dunno if it has a cf hood or not. I dunno what jazz blue is but it was close to the blue that came on the 99-00 civic Si's. And no, in a Type R everything else looks slow..
