You will definately enjoy an LS turbo setup more than a b16. No matter what, the b16's displacement lacks too much low end power. A built b16 (ie: built block) is a totally different story though. My advice if you are on a budget is LS turbo... if you are not satisified with that, build the block and put a vtec head on it later if you feel the need for more power. Just my .2
