My honda blows way colder with the R134a retrofit than it did with the R12. If you know someone who can "cram" the system with 134a it's a way better/cheaper alternative. Otherwise as the others said you're going to have to pay someone to do a R12 refill and it's illegal for a non certified person to handle the refridgerant.
