Actually the S2000s have had quite a few little problems. Clutches are one. A few people were having problems burning up the number 4 cylinder. The windshields crack easy. The stereos suck. They tweak axles over time. They spin easy. The seatbelts get stuck sometimes. There's more too....can't think of 'em. Aside from axles I haven't had any problems with mine though (the axles were my fault, 8000 rpm clutch dumps at the track)....and I'm a little rough on mine. I drive it how it's supposed to be driven. But, mine was properly broken in properly and I take very good care of it. I tend to think of it as a little mini-me Ferrari. Sure it has it's quirks...and it's no Camry when it comes to reliability but, when everything is working the way it's supposed too I don't think it's possible to have more fun in a car for under $100Gs. And fun to drive is something that can't be put into numbers. Yes you can go faster for less money. But I've driven all the competition.....and I'm buying another S2000....'nuff said.
