An 8:1 compression seems really low seeing that when Inline Pro designed this kit they boosted 18psi on a fully stock motor with the addition of a 3mm head gasket - lowering it to 9.5:1 Compression. If I am not mistaken they were only able to obtain just 450whp.

yes it is verry low compression, but it feels good on the road. so i cant wait to drive once it has been tuned.
about the boost question. maybe brian(from millennium) can jump in on that one, but i want to run as much boost as possible for pump gas.
maybe even have a race gas setting for the track.
