Flaming aside, I've found the Meineke on Mercury on Hampton to be pretty good, and the same for Pep Boys on Mercury, though I'll probably stick to just getting parts there. My favorite place for brake and exhaust work is Big Al's on Warwick in Newport News. For some reason, whenever my wife calls the Big Al's on Mercury, they give her a different price than they give me if I call..... Just my $0.02.
