Oh no doubt, if done right the KA can be a nice turbo motor. I don't really believe you hit 380rwhp for 2,000 dollars which is what a stock SR costs. maybe after the turbo kit? Alot of the KA's will come up short in reliablity because of their higher mileage and the abuse they take from the ricer fad of owning 240's. If both motors are built results might favor in the KA-T
*EDIT* i read you said including install, so 4k, which is still possible I guess. But are you forgetting Exhaust work and tuning as well as A piggyback or standalone to achieve that number?
Yes, it was around 4 to 5k total for my setup, that included a tec3 standalone among other things..

Exhaust work and tuning were cheap.. It's nice to know people..

But I didn't spend enough because I went cheap and left the stock rods which of course ended up being my demise lol
