It's very possible, and quite frankly, they would probably have a strong case being that someone was allowed to post personal information in a public place and beyond that, encouraged "punishment."

Believe me.. I've been ripped off before. Twice, actually; Now I'm very careful about who I deal with and how I deal with people.. I'd go the legal route, personally. It's not worth getting in trouble over it. Are we talking a few hundred dollars at the most or are we talking tens of thousands of dollars?
