Re: 94 civic dash removal?
I got it figured out, Just incase some one else ask's this same question I post the location, it was really easy just had to find all the hold downs.
1. Bolt on the side of the dash on the driver’s side under a cap you have to pop off.
2. Bolt at the bottom of the front console you have to unbolt after you remove the cigarette lighter/ashtray/change holder.
3. Remove radio
4. Remove middle vent on top of dash by pulling it out. Then unbolt the bolt that is under the vent.
5. Unbolt bolt on the side of the passenger’s side dash that has a cap over it.
6. Remove glove box.
7. Remove metal bar that bottom of glove box hinges screw to.
8. 2 L shaped brackets up under the dash holding the passengers side airbag down. Remove 2 bolts from each bracket.
9. Remove trim around gauges by removing the flasher button by prying it out, then unscrewing a hidden screw under it and popping the trim out.
10 remove gauges cluster.
Optional but makes life much easer, drop steering wheel.
All in all the hardest parts to figure out were the bolt under the middle air vent on top of the dash and the FUCKING screw that was holding down the cluster trim. I have been trying to figure out how to remove the cluster trim ever since I got this car a year ago.
