1) stop with front tire at a cone
2) make an emergency stop (hard stop w/ both brakes) when instrucors says
3) stop at a cone, go, stop at a cone, go, stop at a cone with feet down. the first 2 stops you cannot put your feet down
4) make a right hand u-turn without your feet touching the ground. this has to be done inside 2 cones, that are 22 steps apart (size 11 shoe)
