Ok, thanks for the advice. The out of state plactes would work well, but i don't think i know any where to get some. As for the car cover, thats an idea too, but i think they will just lift up the cover...if they really wanted to check.

I'm just going to put an engine in it this week, and try to get it inspected. in the meantime, i'll try to find a car cover. And some warm clothes, cause i've got to do it outside.
