I had my Prelude fucked with a few times in kempsville, by Qmasters. worst thing was someone threw balloons full of latex paint on it, right after I moved to va beach, with a month old paintjob.

kempsville is full of white trash/broke ricers. lots of problems out there if you drive anything nice.
