In all honesty, not going to find a new car to make that kinda power for that cheap. Even though a GTO or 05 GT certainly are close and debateable.(given, they're sports cars, and they should!)
True, but you could always buy a used LS1 for ~10k, and then throw in a 300 dollar cam, and a $600 dollar set of longtubes and true duals and make 400whp.
