Not sure if the army is the same as the navy, but you are not special forces til you first, complete bootcamp, the complete your schooling, Think it is called m.o.s. in the army, the complete all your s.f. training. So I dont think you signed up as special forces. You probably got a S.F. qualifies MOS, and have orders to take the physical and go to training after getting through everything else.
