First off, if a wreck happens because of you guys getting run off by cops, it's still
your fault. You can't complain if you're somewhere you know you're not supposed to be and told to leave. It's still someone's business. Kids being dumb and loitering hurts their business, period. Even if it's after hours, it's still private property. You wouldn't want a bunch of ricers hanging out in front of your house, would you?
Second, you can't just arbitrarily complain of lack of spots to hang out at and expect
other people to resolve that problem. You guys want a hang out spot? Raise enough money to get one built, don't let ricers ruin it, and stop complaining.
You want to be political about it? Then move past just idle talk and complaints and get out there and make it happen.
Spots get shut down because people don't know how to act. Solve that problem first before attempting anything.
