Maybe if you considered that weather people actually have the most advanced computer systems in the world, more than technology servers. They operate in transmitting information at teraflops. Billions if not trillions of calculations are made in weather so I never blame them if they get it wrong. Weather is almost impossible to predict especially for certain areas.

I worked for a company that does government contracting and we worked with developers and the government. They definitely have the fastest computers out there.
