so i go to the gym this morning and find out my good friend and personal trainer died on saturday Osie Lewis. the cause of death is still unknown at this moment. I couldn't even lift today i was so hurt. hurt knowing the fact there was nothing i can to help. If you've ever been to the YMCA on magruder you would know who i'm talking about. He was always there to help anyone and everyone and was one of the only people who had confidence in me. I don't know if i can go to that gym anymore without getting angry or pissed off. my rock of confidence is gone, my good friend is gone. i hate it . all i can ask for is your blessings to go out to his family and friends.
