Can i fight the fact that the probable cause to pull me over was bogus just to get me the other restriction ticket. I think he ran my license # and found out i was driving on a restricted lecense and he wanted to stop me to see what i was doing.
that means they can charge u with a suspended driver license.is just like probation when u violate the probation period a judge gives u .u violzted a previlage they gave u
