You need to make sure they are low impedance injectors. If they are then yes. If they aren't you don't need to change anything but the injectors. 
You don't wanna mess up your computer cause you thought you knew what you had.
Call the company and check or use a digital voltmeter and check voltage through them.
what volt would be considard low voltage compared to high?
