I didnt take it to a shop, i did it myself. I found out the problem. Since this was the first time i ever messed with drum brakes i forgot to put the drum back on before i bled them and it pushed the pistons in the cylinder out too far. I pushed it back in and replaced the black rubber sealer. Good as new.
