As far as your car being competitive if its completely stock then yes. Just throw on race rubber and learn how to drive and you will be in the top 20 consistently and with a couple Stock class legal mods then you can be top 5 once you become a good driver.
If you've modded it a little chances are you wont be competitive right off the bat because you will be bumped into a class in which you arent prepared.

Where can I get the rule book on modifications.. I plan on having the Teg in some competitions this year. I don't want to go too far with my car and put it in a class where I will be chasing my tail
