I will agree with you in that there are very few all motor four cylinder cars running twelve thar aren't gutted. . .I can think of a few, but I'd rather not spoil there beans by putting there stuff out there like that.

Drivability is where I would disagree. It maybe not have all the creature comforts since it's gutted, but if you know what you're doing it is very easy to get a 12 second all motor Honda to be a comfortable daily driver.
