THERE U GO that is what is needed in VA but have to finda place where cops wont think to look and such..also god forgive me if this starts cali crap agian. do a ranking system to were u can race in this "area" if u are either cool about driving or u have a good car that races..

what i mean by "cool about driving" is that u dont go and attack the cops to this area and such... u take responiblity on what you do and not shift the blame to the recent of the "crew" for this will be able to get some i guess decent races..

any other suggestions to what can be done to make VA get a better racing scene?

...also y not do what blitz gts said "private property" and be done with it..
