The NASA event at VIR in July has nothing to do with Redline as far as I know. It is not a Time Attack the way they are described above. It hasn't even been announced as a regular NASA TT weekend yet.

To run in a regular NASA TT you need to be advanced HPDE, instructor certified, or roadrace licensed.
