why should they allow you all to hang out in a parking lot knowing that some of you will most likely set-up a race
also, think about all the trash people leave behind.. who has to clean that up? either the city or the owners of the property
Actually myself a few others from here have walked the parking lots after most have left and cleaned all the trash up. However, I do not forsee anyone being able to hang out on someones property for any period of time. Eventually it will get too big and people will continue to act stupid.
