sounds like you may have a disfunctional ecu

if you want to bring the car over i can check it out for you. i have a spare ecu you can try too. if your car has a vtec head on it then why are you using a p06 ecu? you should use a p28 ecu thats what i have in my 98 ex with an adapter harness
