Registration ends when it fills up (hopefully tonight or tomorrow.)

Anyone can sign up to participate, assuming that they have a valid state driver's license and a car that will pass tech. Drivers under 18 will need a legal guardian present and/or a signed copy of the minor waiver.

This is a semi-private event, spectators are only allowed as guests of registered drivers or with private approval from the event director (me.)

EVERYONE on the site that day must sign both waivers and get a wristband.
