what friend was that? ;D any ways yeah like he said the

you will need
a seringe(sp) to refill it
a 5mm allen key
a 10mm socket to undo the cover and
a 14mm open end to undo the nut on the lil bar that goeas through the actuall dampner
and (i used) 20wt fork oil about 8.99 at cycle world
and a very small allen key to undo the drain take it all off undo the lil bolt then slid e the bar in and out to pump the old oil out then refill it will slowly moving the rod back and forth to get all the air bubbles out after you dont see any more put it all back togehter. this will also make it stiffer than stock and feels really nice and alot safer and its about 300$ cheaper than an after market one.
