First off let me state that they bent over backwards to get me straight again. No pun intended .

I made an appointment monday for Wednesday at 3pm, they close at 5pm. I needed camber bolts installed and a alignment. I was quoted a excelent price. After I dropped the truck off they called me and I was told I needed one upper control arm. I got BOTH arms to them, within a few minutes thanks to a parts store being right down the street, and told Sally that if they could not get to both today, not to worry about it, and Ill make a later appointment for another day to have the other installed. She said she would see what they could do.

Now were are close to 4pm when the first side is coming apart. I stopped back in to pay the bill before I picked my truck up. Expecting my bill to almost tripple because of the extra labor. I was given a price that blew me away, in a good way. It was only a few more dollars from the original quote. I was also told that my truck would be ready that day and that both sides will be complete and aligned. Sally the service writer and Tim the mechanic, both get 2 s up from me.
