There are plenty of obnoxious ricers with obnoxious sounding cars, already.. That has a lot to do with why the exhaust law is relatively harsh on imports, in my opinion.
Harleys are loud, and in most cases louder and more obnoxious, but I think it's easier for me to find it in my heart to forgive them for being obnoxious because you know that they're actually moving and going somewhere when they're creating all this racket ...unlike that obnoxious Honda Civic rolling down the street. "WaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WHEEEEEEEEEEE woooooooooooo WHEEEEEEEEEE" and squealing tires through the intersection but not really moving much..
