You asked if I could do it, not you. I have a garage that I can use to work on it. If i cant use mine, I have friends with garages that I can use. And I'm not rebuilding it, it doesnt matter what type of motor it is, its held in by motor mounts and bolts holding the bellhousing to it, no different than anything else.

It wouldnt be hard to do, but I'm sure it would be a pain in the ass. But I enjoy working on vehicles, so whatever.
