My friend has a 99 gsr integra he just recently upgraded his stock throttle body and intake manifold and now hes having trouble. When the car is idling it tends to drop or surge rpm's very close to zero and then back up to 1000 it does this whenever the car is idling. the guy who put it on for him said that it would do this for a while until it was broken in. just thought i would check and see if you all had any explanation for this because hes about to put the stock one back on and i dont want him to do that. thanks in advance.
