Default Suspension Question Noise 99 LS Integra

Help...this is what i got..
I got in my car this morning monday...and when i got to work i turned down the radio and heard a rubbing noise. It sound like metal to metal. Only when i hit any king of bump, not just cruising. Anyways i got home yanked the wheel off and could not duplicate the noise. I put the wheel back on and put the car back on the ground what do you know i could push on the car and make the noise all day long. I checked all the obvious ball joints rod links everthing that had a bushing that could break and any signs of wear. The only thing i found was above these bolts that hold the adjustment for the cater camber. Anyone ever have this issue Here's some pics...tuesday no noise at all?

these are marks from what looks to be the bolts holding on my caster\camber kit maybe rubbing from the bottom? By the way the suspension all the way around is Skunk2 Pro full coilovers and adjustable caster camber these have been on the car for three months or so and i've never heard this noise before, any ideas. The car is not that low??? here's more pictures. Should i raise it up like a half an inch and see what happens?
