the cops will never stop because the more tickets that get passed out the more revenue the county gets. it's all about money. what i don't understand is that a lot of these aftermarket parts have "50 state legal" written on them. they even come with Carb stickers to prove that. they should change it to "50 state legal...except for Virginia".
