Safely you could run about 15-16 psi on the street BUT that is on a motor that is built for the turbo. From the factory with the shitty plastic bov and all the boost creeping off it ran 11-12psi. A honda with stock internals you may want to introduce it at about 5psi and gradually go up.

I have heard the t25 is not a great turbo for the hondas anyways. Hondas lack the power in the high rpm's, the t25 will give you more power in the low rpm's.
