Yes, any boost is better then no boost but from everyone that I have spoken with to use this turbo on a honda then it is more trouble than it's worth. Most hondas have plenty of low end power(esp. the b18) where they lack is in the upper range.

This is why the t3/t4 works out so well with the hondas. It gives them the power within the mid-high rpm range.
