I cant agree more...Richmond is a relatively small-medium sized city. Our traffic is almost non-existent for a city. Try living DC or baltimore and then you will understand congestion. Richmond is pretty laid back compartively.
Been there man. Lived in NoVa for 3 years and the traffic sucked. There isn't any traffic in richmond compared to good day up there.
Phil would like it out here in Missouri where I am. Not a damn thing around. There's not even a suburb.
