Any idea how far the factory fuel system will carry things? I'd like to stay below whatever the factory setup could feed, I don't wanna get very extreme with my daily driver. Even with a mech boost guage I'm still leary of fiddling with no WB or FP guages...

There isn't many people here who will have a clue what the factory fuel system on an A4 ('98) can do. I think with a ko3 you'll be fine turning the boost up. The chipped cars run in excessive of 20psi.
