Yea, I got failed because of this, I measured it, and the thing was like 12.5" in diameter, lol. Just put the other wheel on, but it's proof it depends who's doing it, I mean come on, .5" to small in diameter? And the dude even told me to put my other wheel on and switch them after he passed it. lol.
