I think cops look for obvious things on your car...Loud exhaust, clear corners, front license plate on the dash. I drive an integra thats lowered way too much (IMO), with 26% tint, 17 inch rims. I can drive on the strip and the cops won't look at me twice. Ive been followed by cops also, they see the stock looking exhaust and front plate and they go on their way. Only time I've been pulled is for speeding.
